| 1909 | Zieh-, Press- und Stanzwerk, Linnemann, Schulte & Comp., GmbH is founded. The main focus of production is on sheet metal cylinders/tubes for the household enamel industry concentrated around Ahlen. |
| 1931 | Following the death of Heinrich Linnemann, his son in law Edgar Schnetzer, businessman and engineer, joins the firm. |
| 1937 | Facilities are reorganized to accommodate production of special pressed components for all sectors of industry. |
| 1944 | In October 80% of the factory is destroyed in a heavy air raid. Rapid reconstruction sees production restart before the end of the war. |
| 1948 | Company name and legal form changes to Blech- u. Metallwarenfabrik Linnemann-Schnetzer KG. |
| 1950 | First air reservoirs for the commercial vehicle industry are produced. |
| 1960-68 | Series production of air reservoirs to DIN standard 74281, expansion of the special vessels business. |

| 1991-92 | Acquisition of Flaschengas-Gerätewerk GmbH in Elterlein in the Erzgebirge in Saxony, Germany. The company produces welded steel cylinders for liquid gas. Set-up of an air reservoirs manufacturing facility. |
